About the event
Join Rachel Krentzman, Physical Therapist and Yoga Therapist for a 4- class series designed to teach you the best evidence-based practices for osteoporosis and osteopenia. This class is open to all levels and will cover some theory on osteoporosis and practice techniques. You will leave with a full sequence on how to practice safely at home on a regular basis for best results.
